I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and the experience was quite mixed. The location is fantastic for exploring, and we especially enjoyed the tech in the King Suite with River View. However, the reception staff were not very pleasant, which dampened the overall experience for us. I also faced some issues with the water filtration system that required a room change. On a positive note, the room size was impressive for NYC standards, and it was generally clean.

The Deluxe Suite with Two Double Beds was huge for NYC, which is a major plus! The room was clean, modern, and had nice touches like two TVs and a rainfall shower. However, I expected a bit more from the amenities. Nothing too extravagant stood out, and I felt the place could’ve had a warmer vibe. Overall, it was decent but lacked that wow factor.

Loved the automatic water filter station! The tech in the room was impressive, and the location couldn't be better. A great spot for exploring and dining, thanks to nearby restaurants.

The spacious Deluxe King Suite offered a fantastic view of the water, complete with a stocked refrigerator and thoughtful amenities like umbrellas and bottled water. Impressive service made the stay memorable, especially the delightful breakfast with a wide selection including creative salads. The location near restaurants and a mall provided easy access to local attractions. However, there were occasional delays in room service during peak hours and the rooftop bar was inaccessible due to long wait times.

Breakfast options could use an upgrade. The assortment feels limited, especially when looking for something simple like just coffee or toast. There were some internet connectivity issues during my stay, which could be a hassle if you're trying to keep in touch with the Rebel Alliance or just stay updated on your holo-comm. Some of the room furniture seemed a bit worn, which might not meet the luxury standards expected at this price point.

We had an awesome group getaway! The location made it super easy to explore attractions, and we loved walking across the iconic bridge. The room was spacious and equipped with great amenities. Highly recommend trying the delicious breakfast options and checking out the rooftop views.

However, we faced an issue with the internet and phone connections during our stay, which was really inconvenient during our downtime.

I was completely blown away by the fantastic service from the front desk and the bartender, which made my short stay feel luxurious, and the close proximity to the iconic One World Observatory and the 9/11 Memorial made it super easy to enjoy a weekend of city strolls each day.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with an inviting atmosphere where I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and easy access to many attractions nearby, including a quick route to LaGuardia airport.

Great location near Battery Park with spacious, modern rooms. Service was exceptional, making our stay feel special. However, faced issues with room maintenance, and the internet was slow. The restaurant was overpriced for what it offered, but I’d return for the hospitality.
